ANDOVER, Mass. – Authorities have closed both sides of Interstate 93 in Andover after a serious crash that resulted in fatal injuries Sunday night, state police said.
A medical helicopter landed on the highway at the scene of the crash, state police tweeted shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday.
The number of those injured and the extent of their injuries were not immediately known Sunday night.
Investigators are on the scene. Further details were not immediately available.
