BUTLER, Pa. – The principal of Knoch Elementary School has been charged after allegedly failing to report the sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl.
Gregory Mandalas, 50, is a mandated reporter, according to Butler State Police.
State police information alleges that Mandalas failed to report alleged sexual abuse against a girl that was directly disclosed to him.
He is accused of forcing people to report suspected child abuse.
