Prosecutors in Mr Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan have shared a recording of the former president speaking to a witness with Mr Trump’s legal team. according to CBS News.
The witness has not been identified, according to a document made public this Friday by the prosecution.
The document is known as an automatic discovery form and outlines the charges a defendant faces and also provides an overview of the evidence gathered against Mr. Trump that will be presented at trial or a preliminary hearing.

The worker recalled helping to move the boxes into a storage room just one day before the Justice Department visited Mar-a-Lago for the papers, The New York Times reported.
The worker did not know what the boxes contained at the time.

Prosecutors in Mr Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan have shared a recording of the former president speaking to a witness with Mr Trump’s legal team. according to CBS News.

The document is known as an automatic discovery form and outlines the charges a defendant faces and also provides an overview of the evidence gathered against Mr. Trump that will be presented at trial or a preliminary hearing.
Both Trump’s lawyers and the press had made multiple requests for an automatic discovery form to be made public following Trump’s April 4 arrest.
Mr Trump, the first former president in US history to be criminally indicted, has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in the hush money case. All 34 cases are alleged to have taken place between February 14 and December 5, 2017 during Trump’s first year in the White House.

Club for Growth ad hits Trump on Social Security
The conservative advocacy group Club for Growth has attacked Donald Trump over his Social Security plan in an ad released Thursday.
“Trump’s plan for Social Security is not a practice change,” the voiceover says, along with footage of the former president playing golf. “His plan, like Joe Biden’s, would be the seniors’ club with automatic benefit cuts, 23 percent over 10 years or less, putting your retirement in a difficult spot.”
“With Donald Trump, it’s normal,” he continues. “Another plan that cheats people of what they earned, people who worked for it but won’t get it, if Trump’s plan sinks 23 percent of their savings. Tell Donald Trump, stop cheating to the elderly.”

Two members of Donald Trump’s staff moved boxes of documents just a day before the Justice Department visited Mar-a-Lago, according to a report.
The files were moved the day before FBI agents and a prosecutor visited the private club in Palm Beach, Florida. Authorities consider the timing of the movement suspicious and a sign that there may have been obstruction, they said The Washington Post.
