ATLANTA – Burglars caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage to the Jurassic World Exhibition at Atlanta’s Pullman Yards Sunday evening, according to Atlanta police.
The exhibit, which opened Friday, was broken into by four people around 9:30 p.m., according to Atlanta police. The quartet of thieves was seen on surveillance video damaging several exhibits.
The next morning, police say a security guard saw one of the four. He was arrested.
Police identified the man as 19-year-old Acauan Carvalho Van Deusen.

He was charged with second-degree robbery and booked into the DeKalb County Jail.
No details were released about the other three people.

Exhibit producers told Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken that it took Animax Designs in Nashville 18 months to design, build and fully build the dinosaurs. The installation used about 140 people, from artists, engineers, painters and creatives.
