POLK COUNTY, Fla. — A fatal deputy-involved shooting in Polk County is under investigation.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said a suspect was killed in the Frostproof area early this morning.
Deputies said the scene of the shooting is on TS Wilson Road at South Scenic Hwy (US-17).
