Larry Nassar, a former USA Gymnastics team doctor, was assaulted in jail overnight, according to two sources familiar with the situation.
Nassar was stabbed, a police source said.

He is listed in stable condition, according to sources.
Nassar was convicted on state and federal charges of sexually assaulting members of the USA Gymnastics team. He is serving his sentences, which add up to hundreds of years, in a federal prison in Florida.
