PITTSBURGH – A Florida man who was visiting the Pittsburgh area this weekend and had a planned car crash on the Fort Pitt Bridge and Pittsburgh International Airport over social media content is facing charges.

Liberal social media content creator Graham Carvins is charged with rioting, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and pedestrians walking on a roadway following several incidents involving drag racing and burning on Friday morning.

Investigators say the dangerous, high-speed activity took place between a group of about 50 cars at Pittsburgh International Airport and then on the Fort Pitt Bridge.
