One of the jurors was dismissed Monday morning, moments before opening arguments in the Schoharie limo trial.
Juror #8 was dismissed for personal reasons and replaced by an alternate juror.

Opening arguments begin after a week-long effort to select 12 jurors and four alternates.
Nauman Hussain faces 20 counts of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. He is the operator of the limousine company involved in the crash that killed 20 people in 2018.
Hussain’s defense lawyer, Lee Kindlon, says he expects more than 100 witnesses to be called during this trial, which is expected to last six weeks.
