COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A shooting is under investigation, after Colorado Springs police say shots were fired at a Sonic Drive-In Monday afternoon.
Police received the call around 1:43 p.m. CSPD confirms with 11 News that one person was shot at least once at the restaurant on Chelton Road north of Platte Avenue, and later died at the hospital. Investigators also say another person was also taken to the hospital to be treated for possible injuries, but it’s unclear who that person is and the extent of their injuries.
